SHIPPING POLICY
Fine Art Prints
All fine art prints are produced and shipped by our trusted print-on-demand partner, Whitewall. For detailed information about print shipping including processing times, shipping costs, delivery estimates, and tracking, please refer to Whitewall's shipping policy at the time of purchase.
Original Artworks
Original paintings are carefully packaged and shipped directly by Atelier Andrejka.
Processing Time: 1-2 business days. Each original artwork is packaged with special care using professional materials to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Shipping Carriers: We primarily ship via DHL Standard. For large paintings shipped internationally, we may use DPD on a case-by-case basis to provide the most cost-effective and secure delivery option.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for original artworks are calculated based on destination and package size. Rates will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship original artworks to:
- Germany
- European Union countries
- Select international destinations, such as the United Kingdom
We do not currently ship to Asia, the United States of America, South America, Africa, or Canada. If you are located in one of these regions and would like to purchase an original artwork, please contact us directly to discuss options.
Tracking & Delivery
All original artwork shipments include tracking information, which will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times vary by destination.
